At the Movies: Christmas Edition is back on Sunday, December 21! Rediscover Christmas as six notoriously misbehaving children turn their community’s sacred tradition into utter chaos! Join us for an affordable and uniquely fun holiday experience filled with laughter, heart, and a reminder of what Christmas is truly about.

“At the Movies: Christmas Edition” is a unique experience designed to create a fun outing for the entire family and featuring a blockbuster holiday film that is used to illustrate life-changing Biblical truths. If you are joining us on a campus, you may want to arrive a little early to take advantage of the full experience. Be sure to visit the Coffee Bar for an assortment of holiday concessions before heading into the auditorium to take a seat. When the lights go down, you’ll enjoy an hour-long edited version of the feature film with a message incorporated to encourage you in your faith journey. Since it began, “At the Movies” has become one of the biggest invite opportunities during the year. How easy is it to invite someone to church to watch a free holiday movie where they’ll leave uplifted and encouraged? So whether this will be your first time to join us “At the Movies,” or you’ve never missed it before, invite a friend, and we can’t wait to see you “At the Movies!”
If you are a first-time guest, you are probably wondering what to wear. You'll see everything from informal to work uniforms to holiday attire. So, come as casual or as festive as you like. At Venture, all are welcomed, and the only dress code is to wear what makes you comfortable!
Here is what you need to know about your child's age group: Backyard Buddies (birth - PreK) will offer regular programming during “At the Movies” experiences on Sunday, December 21. Scouts (K - 3rd Grade) and Navigators (4th - 5th Grade) will NOT offer programming on Sunday, December 12. The “At The Movies: Christmas Edition” has been designed with kids in mind, and the movie carefully selected for the entire family. The movie is edited for length and content.
