Daily Devos will return in August, but every Monday this summer, we’ll share our picks for quality resources to help you grow in your faith as you're on the go this summer!
Summer Picks: Production and Studio

Whit’s Summer Picks
- Summer Movie Pick: I don’t have any movies that I typically watch every summer, but Jumanji comes to mind because my family made our own version around a pool one year when I was a kid.
- Summer Reading Pick: I have been reading Psalms.
- Why recommend this book of the Bible? This is something I learned a long time ago while I worked at a Fuge camp. Read today’s date in Psalms and add 30 until you run out of chapters. For instance, July 1 would be chapters 1, 31, 61, 91, and 121. By the end of the month, you would have read the whole book of Psalms.

Kevin’s Picks
- Summer Movie Pick: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
- Summer Podcast Pick: “The MxU Podcast”
- Why recommend this podcast? This would be for anyone who serves or works in production.

Scott’s Picks
- Summer Movie Pick: Any Spider-Man movie is my summer movie pick. You can't go wrong with any of them.
- Summer Resource Pick: “New Morning Mercies: A Daily Gospel Devotional”
- Why recommend this devotional? This is the devotional book I keep on my nightstand. I've been through it a couple of times, but I like it because it's a 365-day devo that has the day's date, instead of day 1, day 2, day 3, etc. You can pick it up anytime and start your day with a gospel-centered perspective. So, I recommend it to anyone who wants a devotional they can jump in on or come back to at any time.
