Head: Know God's Word | Heart: Love God | Hands: Follow God's Way
Read: 2 Corinthians 7
HEAD
Have you ever had a friend or family member say something encouraging to you at just the right time? Maybe it was in the middle of a ball game, and someone said the right words to help you hit the ball out of the park. In 2 Corinthians 7, Paul tells us about a time when this happened to him. He says, “But God comforts those who are sad. He comforted us when Titus came” (2 Corinthians 7:6, NIRV). Paul says they were tired, scared, and facing lots of trouble when Titus came to tell Paul how much he and the people of Corinth cared about Paul and all he was doing to teach others about Jesus. I love it when God sends someone to bring joy and hope to someone else.
HEART
God has put people in my life through the years who have encouraged me through their words, prayers, and sharing Bible verses at just the right time. I like to call these moments “God winks.” These moments remind me of what Galatians 6:9 tells us, “do not become tired of doing good." Continue sharing God’s word, even when it is difficult.
HANDS

Prayer: Lord, I am so thankful for the people you put in my life to encourage me and help me make good choices. My life has changed because people have prayed for me and shared Your Word with me. Help me to do the same for others. Amen.
