Head: Know God's Word | Heart: Love God | Hands: Follow God's Way
Read Acts 21:1-36
Head
In Acts 21, we see Paul determined to follow God’s lead, even when it's not easy. Despite warnings from friends about the dangers that were ahead in Jerusalem, Paul trusts in God's plan and continues his journey. His heart was set on obeying God’s calling, even if it meant facing hardships along the way.
Heart
Just like Paul, we are called to listen to God and follow His lead in our lives. Sometimes, God's plans for us may not be what we expect or what others advise. We might feel unsure or worried about what lies ahead. But we can trust that His ways are always best. When we follow God's lead, we open ourselves up to His blessings and guidance. Paul didn't let fear or uncertainty stop him from following God's guidance. He knew that God had a purpose for his journey, and he was willing to obey even when it meant facing challenges.
Hands
When we're faced with tough decisions or uncertain paths, let's remember Paul's example. Let's pray and ask God for wisdom and guidance, trusting that He will lead us in the right direction. Just like Paul, let's have faith that God's plans are always good even when we can't see the whole picture. And let's trust that He will never leave us no matter what challenges we may face along the way. When we follow God's lead, we can be confident that He will guide us safely to where He wants us to be.
Prayer: Dear God, help us to be brave like Paul and to trust You no matter what. Just like You protected Paul, please watch over us and give us courage when we face challenges. Help us follow Your path for us just like Paul did. In Jesus’ name, amen.
