Read John 13:35 and Romans 5:8. These verses show examples of “agape” love. Agape love is God’s selfless and sacrificial love for us. Read 1 Corinthians 13:11 and 1 Timothy 4:12. What is the difference between physical maturity and spiritual maturity?
1 Timothy 4:12 tells us that our age doesn’t define our spiritual maturity. Regardless of your age, in what areas do you need to spiritually mature?
Read 1 Corinthians 13:4-7. Now re-read the passage and say Jesus’ name in the place of love. Read it one more time saying your name in the place of love. Which of these actions is the hardest for you?
1 John 4:19 - We love because He first loved us. Examine yourself. Do you have a love for lost people?
